xGate does not collect, store, or transmit any user funds.

Developers are responsible for compliance with local laws when pricing and publishing their APIs.

xGate provides software "as is" without warranties or guarantees.

xGate is not responsible for loss of funds, transaction errors, or third-party service failures.

By using xGate, you acknowledge that all payments are final and executed on-chain.

Important: All blockchain transactions are irreversible. Please verify transaction details carefully before confirming payments.

Privacy

xGate does not collect personal information beyond usage analytics (anonymous).

What We Don't Collect:

Email addresses or personal identifiers
Wallet private keys or seed phrases
Transaction content or API request data
Payment card or banking information

What We Do Collect (Anonymous):

Endpoint usage statistics (aggregated)
Request/response times for performance monitoring
Error logs (without sensitive data)

Non-Custodial Architecture

xGate is a non-custodial API payment gateway built on the x402 protocol. All transactions occur directly between users and on-chain facilitators.

xGate does not hold, custody, or manage user funds and is not a money service business, financial institution, or exchange. You maintain full control of your wallet and assets at all times.
